Our showroom teams help homeowners, contractors, and design professionals select cabinetry and related products for kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.

More SELECTION, more SERVICE, made SIMPLE! About the Position We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Warrington showroom team. Internally, we call this position our Lead Management Associate , because it goes beyond traditional front-desk responsibilities. This person is often the first hello, the first follow-up, and the person who helps ensure every potential client receives attention and has a clear next step. The right candidate will enjoy working with people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a busy showroom team. This is not a kitchen design position, but an interest in home improvement, design, or cabinetry is a plus. What You'll Do Reception and Client Experience Welcome clients, contractors, and other visitors to the showroom Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and voicemail messages Learn about each client's project and collect complete contact and project information Provide an introduction to Simply Cabinetry and our process Give basic showroom tours and help clients understand what to expect Schedule and confirm appointments with our designers Offer a friendly, professional experience from the client's first interaction Lead Management and Follow-Up Enter new leads and client information into our CRM Follow up with new inquiries by phone, text, and email Reconnect with clients who have not yet taken their next step Maintain accurate notes, tasks, appointments, and next steps Help ensure no inquiry or client falls through the cracks Support appointment reminders, review requests, and post-project follow-up Assist with gathering completed-project photos and client feedback Administrative and Team Support Support designers with administrative tasks and project preparation Organize, scan, and maintain client and project documents Prepare informational packets, forms, and other materials Help maintain calendars, appointments, and general showroom communication Assist with payment processing and basic order-related paperwork as trained Complete additional administrative projects as assigned Showroom Support Help open and close the showroom Keep the reception area and showroom clean, organized, and client-ready Restock brochures, samples, office supplies, and promotional materials Reset showroom areas after client visits Help organize and maintain cabinetry, countertop, and hardware samples Assist with occasional showroom events and community activities What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, retail, or showroom experience Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills A warm and welcoming phone presence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable making follow-up calls and communicating by text and email Ability to manage walk-ins, phone calls, appointments, and administrative work Comfortable learning a CRM and other business software Experience with Google Workspace, calendars, email, and basic spreadsheets Dependable, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Experience in cabinetry, home improvement, interior design, construction, or a related field is helpful but not required. We will provide training on our products, process, and systems.
