Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Washington, PA | Up to $20.00/Hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday A well-established professional services company in the Washington, PA area is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, answering phones, and keeping a busy office running smoothly. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers and should have a professional, welcoming approach.

Washington, PA Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience Answer and direct incoming phone calls Respond to customer and client inquiries Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars Maintain accurate records and office documentation Enter information into computer systems and databases Prepare, organize, scan, and file documents Assist with emails, correspondence, and general office communications Maintain an organized and professional reception area Provide administrative support to the office team Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional telephone etiquette Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude Ability to work independently while also being a team player Why Apply?
