Join our team at West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Receptionist. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Part-time opportunity available (Mon, Wed & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm) Daily Pay! $18/hr

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the facility while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication across all departments. Responsibilities for
Receptionist:
Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed. Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels. Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership. Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services. Qualifications for
Receptionist:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field preferred. Our Core Values in Action Passion
