Job Description

East Bradford Veterinary Hospital is seeking a new receptionist to add to our team. We are a family-owned, multi-doctor small animal and exotics hospital serving the West Chester area. The environment is fast-paced and filled with many different kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, pet pigs, pet goats, and pet chickens. Individuals with a background in education are encouraged to apply.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Greeting and escort to exam areas Check-out Phone Scheduling Post-Appointment Follow-up Emergency Fit-ins Client/Patient assistance to and from vehicles Patient Medication/Food pick-up Assisting in Cleaning and Organizing Assisting in Ordering/Restocking Other duties as assigned Potential team members should have patience and compassion with animals, a positive outlook, and a flexible schedule. Candidates should have experience as a Veterinary Receptionist and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
