Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Screening of calls and direct them appropriately. This includes cold calls, conflicts, and existing clients) Assist with time tracking when needed Logging of incoming deliveries Processing of credit card payment transactions Assist with general clerical tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred, including front desk receptionist positions Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, and proofreading. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive client interactions Ability to learn and work in new areas when asked and with new programs
