Part Time Receptionist Every Wednesday and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

8am - 4pm Rose View Rehab and Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the facility. Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage visitor logs and facility entry procedures Provide general information and directions within the facility Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed Coordinate communication between departments Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information Ensure front desk area remains organized and professional at all times Receptionist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and reliable attendance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office skills Receptionist Schedule Wednesdays and every other weekend 8am to 4:30pm Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a healthcare setting Rose View Rehab and Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
