Dental Front Desk Receptionist Overview:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Collect and process patient payments
• Handle data entry tasks accurately
• Assist with office management tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer support role
• Proficient in maintaining a proper dental schedule
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
• Experience as a dental receptionist is highly desirable
