Job Description
Front Desk and Medical Billing Claims Processor Opportunity Position Overview We are looking for a personal, reliable, and diligent individual to join our busy Chiropractic office in Bedminster, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations as well as processing medical billing claims. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and the smooth operation of our office. Salary is dependent and negotiable based on experience. We are looking for evening hours MTWF from 3-8, Tues 2-6 and Thurs 4-8 pm. Key Responsibilities Managing front desk duties, including greeting patients and addressing their needs. Processing medical billing claims efficiently and accurately. Handling phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing Microsoft Word and manipulating PDFs as required for office documentation and billing processes. Applying health insurance knowledge to assist with insurance and billing inquiries. Desired Qualifications Experience with insurance and billing procedures. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Caring attitude and a desire to work in an environment where patients are treated like family.
