Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail. Maintain organized filing systems, update spreadsheets, and perform data entry tasks efficiently. Support office management activities such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination. Utilize office productivity software including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for document creation and editing. Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting administrative projects. Use technical skills to operate office equipment and troubleshoot basic computer or software issues as needed. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various communication channels. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with data entry and spreadsheet management skills. Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer skills. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Customer service experience that highlights professionalism in handling client interactions at the front desk or via phone.
