• We pay for your X-ray certification Do you enjoy working with people and numbers? Are you confident discussing finances and handling payments without hesitation or awkwardness? Would you like an employer who invests in your credentials instead of just asking for them? We cover the full cost of your X-ray certification once you complete your 90-day probationary period — a paid credential that stays with you for the rest of your career. Can you go from reviewing a client's account balance to helping that same client through their therapy — and back again — without missing a beat? If you bring professional polish, mental sharpness, and natural warmth, you might be exactly who we're looking for. About the Role This is a hybrid position, and that's the best part of it. Some of your day is financial: managing client accounts, explaining treatment plans, and walking clients through their payment options. The rest is hands-on with our clients — preparing treatment rooms, assisting our doctors with exams and therapies, and capturing the success stories that keep this practice growing. We're hiring part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as we grow. We're also serious about growing the person in this seat: full training is provided, and we'll pay for your X-ray certification after your 90-day probationary period. You'll move between the front and the back of the clinic as the day requires. The person who thrives here genuinely enjoys that variety and can shift gears without losing composure or accuracy. If you're looking for one narrow lane and a predictable desk, this isn't the role — and that's okay. What You'll Be Doing Financial Clarity & Client Communication Confidently explain financial commitments, care plans, and payment options Set up payment arrangements and collect payments in a friendly, direct, professional manner Maintain accuracy in financial records, billing systems, and reporting Follow up on account balances with clarity and respect — no discomfort, no avoidance Hands-On Patient Care Prepare treatment rooms and equipment between clients Assist our doctors with patient examinations and therapies Guide clients through prescribed exercises and stretches Capture patient success stories through video testimonials and Google reviews Full training provided — no prior chiropractic experience required. After your 90-day probationary period, we'll cover the cost of your X-ray certification. Client Experience & Team Support Deliver a five-star experience that reflects our
