Sit Still Kid's Salon is a modern children's salon offering exceptional haircare services in a fun, kid-friendly atmosphere, without being anti-adult. Tasks Include:

Provide a best-in-class experience for all of our guests. Understand product lines, and be able to speak to the value of each retail item. At point of sale, support product-based education initiated by the Stylist in order to provide additional education support for the guest. Educate guests on additional services and events offered at Sit Still. Schedule client appointments made via phone and online booking inquiries using our operating system. Rebook guests for their next appointment. Process transactions at time of service. Ensure the salon runs efficiently during each shift, utilizing downtime away from working directly with guests to complete daily and/or weekly checklists. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and communicate these opportunities in the daily notes to the Salon Manager/Owner. Relaying all important messages and guest communication that requires follow-up to the front desk representative working the next shift.
