Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise in office management, customer service, and administrative support will keep our daily operations running smoothly. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, managing front desk operations efficiently Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer service Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management tools and Google Workspace Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update spreadsheets with accuracy using Microsoft Office and productivity software Handle correspondence via email, word processing documents, and proofreading to ensure clarity and professionalism Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with office organization tasks including filing, inventory management, and supply ordering to ensure a productive workspace Social Media Management Clinic Cleaning and Organization Experience Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation and communication Experience with data entry, filing systems, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Knowledge of office management procedures including bookkeeping, medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in productivity software and office technology tools Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
