•Part-Time East Bay Pickleball Club Warren, RI $20.00 per hour | Part-Time | Up to 29 hours per week Job Description East Bay Pickleball Club is looking for friendly, reliable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Part-Time Front Desk Associates . Our front desk staff are the first point of contact for our members and guests. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can help create a welcoming and organized environment at the club. Pickleball experience is NOT required. We're happy to teach you what you need to know!

PM Thursday:

7:00 AM

•3:00 PM You do not need to be available for every shift. We are open to hiring multiple people and dividing the available shifts based on availability. Applicants should include which of the above shifts they are regularly available to work. Responsibilities Greet members and guests as they enter the club Provide friendly and professional customer service Answer basic questions about club activities, programs, and schedules Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries Help members with check-in and basic front desk needs Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area Assist with basic day-to-day club operations Communicate member questions or concerns to management when necessary What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with people Strong communication skills Organized and responsible Comfortable using computers and learning basic club software Able to work independently when needed Customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but not required Pickleball knowledge is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Hours:

Up to 29 hours per week depending on availability. This can be a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work in a fun, active, community-oriented environment.
