This role is essential in providing a welcoming first impression to callers, visitors, and donors while supporting our staff with key Office tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting mission-driven work, we'd love to hear from you!

PM EST Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls courteously and promptly (6-line phone system). Make outgoing calls to schedule meetings and conduct Sistercare business. Greet and assist donors in a professional and friendly manner. Sort and distribute new donations among shelters and community staff. Pick up and process daily mail from the Post Office. Open and process monetary contributions following organizational procedures. Prepare and ship donated cell phones and office cartridges as needed. Provide general Office support, including typing, data entry, and acknowledgment letters. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference room, kitchen, donation room, and bathroom. Participating in training opportunities to maintain and enhance job skills. Support additional tasks and projects assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in a busy office or similar setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access). Strong clerical and administrative skills. Professional communication skills both in person and by phone. Valid driver's license, transportation, and personal vehicle insurance.
