Front Desk Receptionist - Sozo Fitness About Sozo Family Fitness At Sozo Family Fitness, we're more than just a gym—we're a community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate who enjoys serving others and helping create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Position Summary As a part time Front Desk Associate, you will be the first impression of Sozo Family Fitness. You'll greet members and guests with enthusiasm, assist with memberships and check-ins, answer questions, maintain an organized front desk, and help create a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Check members in and assist new visitors with the guest check-in process. Answer phone calls and respond to general questions about memberships, programs, and facility amenities. Assist with membership sales, account updates, and payment processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area. Promote club programs, services, and upcoming events. Complete opening and closing front desk procedures. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure an outstanding member experience. Perform additional front desk duties as assigned. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for serving others. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and basic office software. Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Must live within 15 miles of Chapin, SC. Schedule This is a flexible part-time position.
