Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm, providing a warm and professional first point of contact Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with precision and timeliness Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations Utilize office management software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions Support clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls with professionalism Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Knowledge of office management procedures such as calendar management, filing systems, and proofreading is preferred Clerical experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or receptionist experience is beneficial Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact.
