Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Being the friendly face (and voice!) that welcomes clients and their pets with warmth and empathy Listening to client concerns and helping guide them with compassion and understanding Scheduling appointments and keeping our hospital calendar running smoothly Keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date Making sure our reception area stays clean, organized, and inviting Using veterinary terminology to support clear communication between clients and staff Schedule & Perks Full-time, 12-hour shifts (9:30am-10:30pm) A true 3 days on / 4 days off schedule (with a full hour lunch to relax and recharge) A workplace where your role is valued, your team has your back, and you can grow professionally How to
