Job Description

Position Summary:
The Receptionist, you will make an impact by assisting our clients with their risk management and insurance needs each and every day.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Essential Tasks:
Greet all visitors that come into the office Maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas Manage incoming and outgoing mail Identify opportunities to engage with customers Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals Identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier Maintain updated customer files including policy information, correspondence, and contact information Order office supplies as needed Assist Account Managers as needed
