Front Desk Coordinator Myrtle Beach Aesthetics & Wellness Myrtle Beach, SC Join Our Growing Medical Aesthetics Team Myrtle Beach Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to become the first impression of our physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. This individual will play a key role in patient scheduling, customer service, practice operations, and supporting the continued growth of our clinic. Responsibilities Greet every patient with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to patient inquiries. Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules. Check patients in and out while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Collect payments and process financial transactions accurately. Coordinate provider schedules and assist with daily office workflow. Confirm appointments and manage patient reminders. Assist with new patient onboarding and paperwork. Educate patients about services, memberships, and treatment options. Recommend skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages when appropriate. Help achieve monthly practice goals through exceptional customer service and patient engagement. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Monitor and order office and retail supplies as needed. Assist with inventory management. Support marketing initiatives by requesting patient reviews and participating in social media and community events. Perform daily opening and closing office procedures. Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and estheticians to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). Minimum of one year of front desk, medical office, medical spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Experience with medical scheduling software or electronic medical records is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong computer skills, including electronic scheduling systems. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable discussing treatment options and assisting with retail sales.
