Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist for our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will responsible for checking in and checking out patients, collecting co-pays, making appointments, answering multi-phone lines and verifying insurance coverage. must be available to work anytime between 7:30 am and 7:30pm Monday thru Friday Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office Make patients appointments Answer incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Verify patients information including health insurance Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task Reliable and must be a team player
