Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and texts, with accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized digital filing systems, including data entry and document proofreading Schedule appointments and manage doctors' calendars using our in-office EHR Verify eligibility and benefits and obtain authorizations when necessary Skills Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing systems Experience in office management or medical/vision/dental reception is a plus but not required Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and composure Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every visitor receives outstanding support!
