Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our beautiful campground. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, to ensure seamless check ins and outs including booking. ​Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a positive environment while supporting daily office functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone calls. Handle scheduling tasks such as booking management. Check ins and Check outs. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Camphost Software. Assist with clerical duties Mon-Thurs. Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone. Coordinate office supplies, manage incoming mail, packages, ​and oversee general office organization to enhance productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in clerical and hospitality. Hospitality is a must. Friendly, conversation starter with guests. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools such as Camphost or bookkeeping software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with phone inquiries and client communication. Previous experience in front desk and hospitality preferred. Perfect candidate would be a retiree, or looking for secondary income. Light duty grounds work. Such as propane filling. Will train. Propane filling is a must.
