Job Description
Seneca Health & Rehabilitation Cente r is seeking a motivated and dedicated Receptionist
- Part-time (Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm) to join our Team !
SAMDE DAY PAY
available thru "Rain Instant Pay"Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
