We're a locally owned, patient-centered physical therapy practice looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Aide to become an important part of our team. Why You'll Love Working With Us Work alongside a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do Build meaningful relationships with patients and help them on their road to recovery Enjoy a positive, energetic workplace that values teamwork and healthy living What You'll Be DoingFront Desk & Patient Coordination Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile and create an exceptional first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions Check patients in and out, collect payments, obtain authorizations and verify insurance information Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic medical record system Patient Aide Assist therapists by guiding patients through prescribed exercises Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment General Support Assist with administrative tasks as needed Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors General housekeeping of the clinic We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves interacting with people and providing outstanding customer service Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative without being told Is dependable, has a strong work ethic organized, and eager to learn Is comfortable talking on the phone and communicating with patients Values a healthy, active lifestyle Is comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Experience with electronic medical records is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person! Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-30hrs a week Flexibility to help cover shifts when teammates are out is appreciated Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to occasionally lift 20-30 pounds
Compensation Pay:
