Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to support a busy office in Summerville South Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, managing front-desk activity, and keeping daily administrative tasks organized. The right candidate is comfortable working with visitors, handling multiple priorities at once, and using office technology with confidence while following established procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and create a welcoming, friendly experience for guests, clients, and partners arriving at the office.
  • Complete first-time guest intake by collecting required information and ensuring registration records are accurate and up to date.
  • Process visits correctly by gathering documentation and completing the appropriate registration steps.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate internal contact based on the purpose of their visit.
  • Manage administrative materials by organizing, uploading, and maintaining documents and related office files.
  • Help keep the front office presentable by monitoring supplies, restocking items, and supporting general cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with inventory checks and prepare brochures or marketing packets using approved materials.
  • Participate in required onboarding and training for a minimum of four full days to learn company procedures and service expectations.
