Job Description

Please read FULLY before you apply! We're looking for a front desk receptionist to join our chiropractic office! Our office is open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm with no nights or weekends. Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required. We'll take the time to train you . What we're really looking for is the r ight personality and someone who will be a great fit with our upbeat team.
Our ideal candidate is:
  • Outgoing and personable (as in you genuinely enjoy talking to people)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying busy
  • Confident using computers and learning new software
  • Someone who contributes to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Interested in exercise, fitness, sports, or exercise science ( a background or education in exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field is a BIG plus! )
  • Spanish-speaking is a BIG plus! What you'll be doing: Basic job duties include:
  • Scheduling and checking patients in/out
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Taking payments
  • Communicating with patients in person, over the phone, and electronically
  • Keeping the front desk and patient areas organized
  • Helping keep the office running smoothly We're a cash practice, so we don't file insurance and there is no insurance coding or billing experience required.
More than just answering phones... We believe the front desk plays a huge role in the experience people have in our office. The way you greet someone, remember their name, have a conversation with them, or simply make them feel comfortable can make a much bigger difference than you might think. We're looking for someone who likes people. Someone who can have a conversation with a patient while answering the phone, remembers the details, keeps things moving, and can laugh with the rest of the team. We work hard, stay busy, and we have fun doing it. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that. Congratulations — you made it to the end!
