Greet clients warmly and deliver a high-end customer service experience from check-in to checkout Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, online bookings, and client communications Handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily front desk operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist with product recommendations, retail sales, and merchandising support Coordinate with barbers/stylists to ensure smooth daily workflow and client satisfaction Monitor inventory levels for front desk and retail products Support administrative tasks such as record keeping, client profiles, and basic bookkeeping Help promote services, special offers, and customer loyalty programs

Skills:
