Our team is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator who shares our passion for animals and commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and their pets, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources. Answer phone calls and e-mails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate patient records, handle billing inquiries, and process payments with attention to detail. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring seamless information flow. Educate clients about preventative care, services, and products, promoting the overall well-being of pets. Assist with administrative tasks, including managing inventory and ensuring the reception area is organized and inviting. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with veterinary management software is advantageous. Genuine passion for animals and a desire to create positive experiences for clients and their pets.
