In this key role you will coordinate with staff and work with clients, both in person and on the phone, to help facilitate exceptional care for their "fur babies"! From a smiling face when they walk in the door to a caring voice on the phone, we want our clients to know we truly care for them and their pets. That's where you come in! This can be a full time OR part time position (35-40 hours per week for full time

OR 20-30

hours a week for part time). Weekday shifts are approximately 10 hours long with rotating half-day saturday's required. Compensation/Benefits package includes competetive hourly wage ($18-$20/hr DOE), health insurance, optional AFLAC (vision, dental, etc), 401k with match opportunity, PTO, paid holidays and bonus structure.

Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism and courtesy Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, and maintaining an efficient patient flow. Perform data entry in industry specific software (training provided). Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in person, addressing inquiries with patience and clarity Assist with basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing, billing, and record keeping as needed Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is preferred. Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills are helpful. A willingness to learn to function efficiently within a multi-line phone system environment and maintaining phone etiquette are essential. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous Organizational and time management abilities are important.
