Job Description

Dakota Large Animal Clinic is a multi doctor practice located on the north side of Harrisburg on Cliff Avenue. Our mixed practice consists of 80% equine and 20% dogs and cats. This practice has provided excellence in medicine and surgery for over 40 years. We are seeking a full or part time receptionist that is a great communicator and is detail orientated to fill this position. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task with accuracy in our fast-paced environment and still be able to work as a team with our veterinarians and support staff.
Duties include:
communication with clients and receiving pets, scheduling appointments, invoicing and accounts receivable, data entry, and working directly with veterinarians to coordinate schedules amoung many other responsibilities.
