Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients in a busy property management office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. They must be able to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain an organized calendar for staff. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Showing rental properties Requirements Proven experience in a front desk role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset. Must have valid driver license.
