Hours:
28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) Flexibility Available.
Salary :
$17.00/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet clients and guests, answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and support our legal team with various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages Manage appointment scheduling and maintain attorney calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and drafting basic correspondence Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area Support the legal staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred Previous experience preferred (1-2 years) in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a legal or professional services environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor
