You MaxWell Clinic is looking for a Full-Time Hospitality And Patient Experience Advocate (Monday-Friday) to join our clinic, with a passion for healthcare and a desire to support our patients. We're looking for someone who is a fast learner and able to think on their feet to solve problems and address issues to help our patients thrive. You'll work closely with the rest of our team to provide timely, accurate, and efficient support for our patient's needs. You'll need to be ambitious and goal-oriented, and stay calm under pressure. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about wellness and eager to work in an environment where people's health is a priority. Job duties Greet and enthusiastically attend to patients in person, over the phone and electronically Serve as the first impression of MaxWell Clinic, welcoming patients, responding to requests, and supporting coworkers Manage patient inquiries; provide seamless care coordination in person, over the phone, and via portal messaging to ensure a smooth patient experience Complete administrative duties such as scheduling patients, answering phones, and collecting payment Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition and anticipates patients needs. Work closely with the entire MaxWell team to optimize and deliver an AMAZING patient experience Understand and confidently communicate MaxWell Clinic's services Work in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document and communicate with patients and staff Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience working (with excellent references) as an administrative assistant/hospitality or in a relevant role Experience using an Electronic Medical Record system (This is a plus, but not required.)
