Job Description
Part-Time Front Desk Associate The Learning Lab of Brentwood is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team during the school year. The Front Desk Associate is often the first impression families have of The Learning Lab. This role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every student, parent, and visitor who walks through our doors or contacts our office. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of exceptional customer service and takes pride in representing our organization with professionalism, kindness, and reliability. Schedule Part-time position Afternoon and evening hours during the school year Every other Saturday Additional hours may be available as needed Responsibilities Welcome students, families, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments and assist with daily office operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective families Help ensure the office runs smoothly during busy after-school hours Represent The Learning Lab with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Customer service experience is preferred but not required Who We're Looking For This position is a great fit for: A responsible high school or college student with afternoon availability Someone looking for a meaningful part-time position An individual who enjoys working with children and families A dependable team player who takes pride in creating a positive experience for others We're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
