Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle all front desk responsibilities including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software to support daily operations. Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools. Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the reception area. Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with clerical or administrative responsibilities. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
