Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

WRK. PLC.
is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our studio during our busiest evening hours. This is the perfect position for a current dancer, college student, or someone looking for a consistent part-time role in the dance community. Schedule Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 9:00
PM Part-Time Pay:
$11.00/hour Responsibilities Greet dancers, families, and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude Check students in for classes and assist with general studio traffic Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries Assist with class registrations and account updates Process retail and tuition payments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Support instructors and studio leadership as needed Help create an exceptional experience for every dancer and family who walks through our doors Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Dance studio experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys being around dancers and families, takes pride in keeping things organized, and helps create a positive atmosphere in the studio every day. We value team players who are dependable, proactive, and excited to contribute to our growing dance community.
