Front Desk Receptionist

Helping clients or customers if they have any questions or concerns Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc. Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner Run errands (i.e. bank deposits, apply for and pick up permits, take mail to post office, Office Depot for supplies, etc.) Duties/tasks are construction oriented, experience working for construction companies and/or trade-work contractors is preferred and highly considered Will include data entry using QuickBooks Desktop software, experience with this program or similar programs is required. Compile purchase orders by reviewing floor plans for individual builds. Comprehension of material and labor cost associated with construction is required. •Do not accept/confirm an interview request if you have no intention of arriving to interview. If you cancel or fail to show without a valid reason, you will be reported to the TN Department of Labor and Workforce for failure to report for interview.•
