Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks to ensure a smooth and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence is essential Familiarity with office management tools such as calendar management software or personal assistant experience is a plus Previous experience in medical or dental reception is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn specific industry procedures is necessary Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization!
