Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival Answer incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately Schedule appointments and help manage the clinic's calendar Respond to client questions and provide information about hospital services Communicate effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other team members Process payments and billing transactions accurately Maintain and update client and patient records Assist with administrative responsibilities, including filing and data entry Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Help maintain an efficient daily workflow Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to create a positive client experience What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates the important role communication plays in veterinary medicine, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
