Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team in Lebanon, TN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and assist with check-in and check-out. Handle reservations, guest requests, payments, and account questions accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and area dining. Respond to guest concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Answer phones and communicate with guests and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Follow hotel policies and procedures while protecting guest privacy and security. Assist with other front-desk and guest-service duties as needed. Qualifications Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment. Previous hotel or customer-service experience preferred, but not required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in helping guests feel welcome and valued, works well with a team, and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
Pay:
$13.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 38.0 per week
