Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and physical Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and word processing Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with courteous communication Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure clear communication Knowledge of front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus Technical proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional client communication techniques Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment.
