PM Saturday:

• $20/hour , full-time Annual raise of 3-5% based on performance and clinic goals About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the front-line face of our clinic.

This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring a welcoming, organized experience for our patients. You will be responsible for patient check-in, scheduling, administrative coordination, and communication across the clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team environment and takes pride in staying organized and proactive. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure they sign in Prepare and distribute new patient paperwork packets Scan and upload completed paperwork into the EHR system Create and maintain accurate patient profiles in the EHR Schedule appointments and manage calendar availability Send appointment reminders and follow-ups Answer all incoming phone calls to the clinic Respond promptly and professionally to emails and faxes Maintain organized records and ensure administrative accuracy Support clinic staff with day-to-day administrative needs Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus Experience using EHR systems preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18
