Kinema Fitness is seeking an O n-Demand Front Desk Associate to assist in the operations of a high-end corporate fitness center in Nashville, TN on an on demand basis. We are seeking an individual that has strong communication skills and a love and passion for wellness. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is able to cover desk shifts for the general manager and fitness manager as requested. Roles and Responsibilities Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client. Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks. Registering prospective members and assisting them. Providing information on fitness center offerings. Handling questions regarding memberships.
