Receptionist:
(15-20 hrs Weekly)with every other weekend rotation. hours worked 2pm-8pm! Do you have a true passion for providing care to seniors in their time of need? Role The Receptionist is an integral part of the management team under the supervision of the community Business Office Manager or Director. Contribute to a positive associate culture Perform essential clerical duties Answer phones and greet all guests with enthusiasm Education and Experience Requirements Must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older Expectations and Responsibilities Contribute to a positive servant leader culture and environment for associates Strong verbal and written communications skills Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner Comfortable with the computer and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to assist with the handling of inquiry calls and tours Proper dress, conduct, professionalism is to be evident at all times Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language Monitors the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community
