Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk team member to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will check patients out, check eligibility and benefits for patients insurance policy, schedule and confirm appointments, answer phones, and ensure smooth clinical operations. MUST have dental experience! Your expertise in dental procedures and patient communication will contribute to delivering high-quality dental services in a friendly and efficient environment. Duties Answer and transfer phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients out, handle money, etc Check insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient procedures Make patients aware of OOP cost for their treatments, answer any questions regarding pre estimations given Scan and enter documentation as needed Filling and maintaining schedules Skills Proficiency in dental software Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Professional communication with patients Exceptional communication skills with office staff Ability to handle tasks in a timely yet efficient manner, prioritizing tasks in the order of their importance. Punctuality to work and common courtesy to fellow employees Excellent communication skills as a dental receptionist to coordinate appointments and patient inquiries effectively.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
