Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Specialist About us From medical, dental, and wellness care, to up-scale pet lodging for dogs and cats, the team at Country Creek Animal Hospital is dedicated to providing clients with competent, comprehensive care. Located in Allen, TX our family-owned animal hospital is proud to serve clients and their companions from the neighboring communities of Frisco, McKinney, Fairview, and Plano. Country Creek Animal Hospital in Allen, TX (www.countrycreekvets.com) is currently considering applications from qualified candidates for the position of Client Care Specialist/Receptionist. Qualified applicants will have demonstrated exceptional skills with: face-to-face client communications, multiline telephone systems and telephone etiquette, ability to answer emails and respond to client inquiries, relay important messages to appropriate team members for timely response to client questions and concerns, interface with practice management systems to schedule appointments, take client payments, generate treatment plans/estimates, and update client and patient information. Qualified candidates will preferably have previous experience employed in a veterinary hospital but similar work experiences will be considered as well.
