Hi! We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist. This role includes managing the front desk, assisting with marketing, and supporting other office tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception:
Greet and check-in patients. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar. Answer phone calls and handle inquiries. Manage patient records and billing. Dental insurance verification.
Office Assistance:
Support team members with various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a dental or medical office preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. We look forward to hearing from you!
