Body Shop Receptionist McGraw Ford - Aransas Pass, TX Be the First Impression of an Award-Winning Collision Center McGraw Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our growing Collision Center team. As the first person our customers interact with, you'll play a critical role in creating a world-class experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our dealership. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in staying organized, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet every customer with a warm, professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Schedule body shop estimates and repair appointments. Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair status. Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain customer files and assist with document processing. Collect payments and process transactions accurately. Coordinate rental vehicle paperwork when applicable. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist the Body Shop Manager and Estimators with administrative tasks. Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure complete satisfaction. Help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred). Ability to learn dealership management software. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Why McGraw Ford?
