Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness Maintain organized filing systems, including digital spreadsheets and paper records Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, document proofreading, and general clerical support Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare Word documents, and support administrative projects Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure phone etiquette is maintained at all times to foster positive client interactions Support personal assistant tasks such as calendar management and task prioritization as needed Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone communication skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk or customer service experience that highlights professionalism and interpersonal skills Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency! Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
