Role Responsibilities:
Greet and assist showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department Identify customer needs and connect them with the right team members Accurately take and relay messages while maintaining organized communication Enter and update customer information in dealership systems Support day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations of the dealership

Warm, friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service Confident, professional communication skills in person and over the phone Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities (internet, MS Outlook, dealership systems) Polished professional appearance with a reliable and positive work ethic Bilingual skills are a plus and warmly welcomed
